Prof. d-r Zlatko Temelkovski works as a Subspecialist in Sports Trauma and Arthroscopic Surgery on all joints, including the knees, shoulders, and ankle joints. His fields of interest are:
- Endoscopic Surgery in Orthopedics
- Sports Trauma and
- Health Management
During his long professional experience, d-r Temelkovski has introduced several methods:
- Arthroscopic meniscus suture
- Arthroscopic ligamentoplasty (m.gracilis-m.semitendinosus)
- Shoulder arthroscopy
- New Patellar Instability Treatment
- Ankle Arthroscopy
- Arthroscopic treatment of anterior shoulder instability
Organizer and President of the First Macedonian Symposium on Sports Traumatology with international participation.
D-r Temelkovski’s additional activities also include the following roles:
- President of the Health Committee of the Basketball Association of Macedonia 1998 – 2005,
- Organizer of the First Balkan Conference on Arthroscopy, Sports Traumatology – Sandanski 2010,
- President of the Macedonian Association of Orthopedists and Traumatologists MAOT 2010-2012,
- President of the Organizing Committee of the 2nd Balkan Congress on Arthroscopy, Sports Traumatology and Knee Surgery 2011,
- President of the Organizing Committee of the Macedonian-Bulgarian Symposium on Child’s Hips – Sandanski March 2012,
- Continuing Lecturer at the School of Medicine and Football 2006-2014- Sofia, Republic of Bulgaria.
